Terms of Service
These terms describe SideQuest Sagas Publishing Automation, a private desktop API Client owned and operated by AbstraScapes LLC. The application is not offered for public registration, licensing, resale, or third-party use.
Purpose and permitted use
The application may be used to prepare, upload, review, organize, and schedule videos for the operator's own SideQuest Sagas YouTube channel. Every release remains subject to operator approval, content-rights review, YouTube's policies, and applicable law.
YouTube and Google terms
Use of the application is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, and Google Privacy Policy. The operator must not use the application to evade platform restrictions, misrepresent content, manipulate engagement, or access data without authorization.
Operator control and credentials
The operator is responsible for securing the computer, Google Account, OAuth credential, and local production files. API access may be revoked through Google Account permissions at any time. The application does not create a separate public account or password.
Content responsibility
The operator remains responsible for titles, descriptions, media, captions, disclosures, copyright permissions, synthetic-media declarations, comments, and publication timing. Automation does not replace editorial, legal, rights, safety, or platform review.
Availability and changes
The application is provided for the operator's internal business use without a public service-level commitment. Features may be disabled or changed to preserve security, comply with YouTube requirements, or prevent an unsafe publication action.
Termination
Use ends when the operator disables YouTube mode, removes the local software, deletes the Keychain credential, or revokes the OAuth grant. YouTube or Google may also suspend or revoke API access under their applicable terms and policies.
